A representative for the election management industry asked us to manufacture their Optech 400C Ballot counter. The 400C runs 400 ballots per minute and is used primarily for absentee ballots. This machine has over 4000 parts, not including screws. We completed nine separate builds of this machine; all machines were delivered on time and all functioned perfectly on arrival. We built a total of 106 units of this machine, most of which are still in service.
